POLICIES
The important details, explained simply — so there are no surprises.
A signed agreement and 30% non-refundable retainer secure your date. The remaining balance is due on session day.
Booking
Please arrive 15 minutes early. A short grace period is given for late arrivals, though your full session time and fee still apply.
Arrival
Life happens — your first reschedule is free with 48 hours' notice, and weather or illness are always accommodated at no cost. A second reschedule includes a 10% fee based on your original package price. Clients may reschedule up to 2 times per booking; no further reschedules are available after that.
Rescheduling
Your retainer reserves your date and is non-refundable. Any amount paid beyond that is refundable if you need to cancel.
Cancellations
Regular portrait sessions (family, maternity, newborn, milestone) are delivered within 1–3 weeks. Weddings, engagements, and events take 6–14 weeks. Your gallery is thoughtfully edited in Monreve's signature style. Please download and back up your images once received, as we don't store files long-term.

Melda is a talented, communicative, & hardworking photographer.
For my daughter’s 4th birthday photo session, Melda made the entire experience so smooth and enjoyable. She suggested beautiful themes, offered several convenient time slots, and clearly guided us on how to prepare for the day.
When we arrived, she had already set up a gorgeous backdrop and even helped with my daughter’s outfit. She is truly wonderful with children — patient, calm, and confident. Even when my daughter had a tantrum, Melda handled the situation so gently, encouraging her with little rewards and keeping the session on track.
A couple of weeks later, we received the photos and they were absolutely beautiful. We are incredibly happy with the results and so grateful we chose Melda to capture this milestone.
